All elements of the site (text, logos, mascot, visual identity, source code) are protected by copyright. Any reproduction or use without authorization is prohibited.
The personal mnemonics and images generated by users remain their property. By sharing a card publicly, the user grants Loufoque a non-exclusive, revocable license to display it on the site and include it in the community bank, for as long as the content remains public.
4. Terms of use
By using Loufoque, you agree to:
- Not publicly share content that is illegal, hateful, sexual, violent or that infringes the rights of others.
- Not attempt to circumvent the security or moderation systems.
- Not use the service to spam or harm other users.
Any content made public is subject to automatic moderation (AI text + image analysis). Any report received via contact@loufoque.app is handled as quickly as possible.
5. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is", with no guarantee of permanent availability or perfect pedagogical accuracy. The publisher cannot be held responsible for indirect damages related to use of the service (loss of progress following an outage, etc.). You are encouraged to use the "Export my data" function to keep a local copy.
6. External links
The site may contain links to other sites (App Store, Google Play, CNIL, service providers, etc.). Loufoque is not responsible for the content of these third-party sites.

The processing of your personal data is detailed in our privacy policy, which complies with the GDPR.
8. Applicable law
